  Complete incompetent sales team at Savage location. I origanally reached out about 8 months ago and had really bad communication issues. Turns out that guy no longer works there. Fast forward to recent - Kameron from sales reached out and resent our original quote. Ok..perfect! He also says they are having a sale and would reach out on Thursday or Friday to finalize the order. OK perfect 👌 (*never received a follow-up call.) In the meantime we were checking out shed options. I found that going through Home Depot Tuffshed was actually the better deal. I tried calling Tuffshed Savage on Friday afternoon around 3pm to see if they would match the Home Depot deal and go direct. Unfortunately the phone rang..rang..rang.. no one from sales picked up. I left a voicemail and it wasn't returned. We ended up finalizing directly with Home Depot! They are the ones who made our experience great, and at the level of customer service we expect for a big purchase. Fast forward to Saturday after our sale is already locked in with Home Depot, Kameron decided to finally call us to finalize the sale. Guess what bud, you lost your commission and trust with us! Bottom line - we feel that Tuffshed is very disorganized on the sales side. We are still excited for our new Tuffshed, going through Home Depot and hope we have a great final outcome. If you want to sell anything, you need to be available for you r customers, and do what you say you're going to do! Also, as the Tuffshed brand, why would you let Home Depot prices be better than going to you directly? Horrible marketing, at least offer what they are and align your sales together!

  Excellent product, excellent service. Had a shed installed several years ago. Sturdy, functional and has been holding up well. However, noticed a small water leak (outside of warranty period). Brought this to their attention - without questions, they very promptly took care of everything. Things happen and when they do, Tuffshed stands behind their products.

  Great Job!! The guys came out and did a great job. They worked fast and we are very happy with the job. Very professional!   We had a terrific experience with Tuff Shed, and we would highly recommend them! I first became acquainted to Tuff Shed from checking out sheds at the local Home Depot (sheds at Home Depot are made by Tuff Shed), but instead of working with Home Depot on getting a shed, my wife and I chose to go through Tuff Shed directly as we wanted to select various custom options and thought it might be easier this way. Perhaps Home Depot can arrange for the same custom options, I am not sure, but Tuff Shed is located nearby, and it was very convenient to work directly with them. My wife and I worked directly with Jonathan at their main location in Savage. We discussed various options, walked through various shed styles on site, then worked out the design we wanted in fairly short order. Very smooth, and Jonathan was really great to work with. We ended up going with a 12'x'16' Premier Pro Ranch, and are very happy with this choice. Our city requires permits for sheds greater than 200 sq ft, and 12'x16' just meets that requirement. My dad has a 10'x14' shed and advised me to get as big a shed as space and the city would allow, and I would definitely agree with him that the extra sq ft is worth it. This particular shed also has some extra height to it than some other sheds without being too tall, so there are lots of options to put a loft area and or have options to store long items in the rafters, both of which I have done. We first connected up with Jonathan late March, and he quoted an install date last week of May, which happened right on time. We were advised on the preparations we needed to make, the most important for us involving ground prep that the shed would sit on. This amounted to laying 4-6" of class 5 gravel that we compacted using a plate compactor from a local rental equipment shop. We were also advised to ensure the compacted ground was level within 4" to avoid extra work/cost by installers....apparently we did a good job. We watched the installer measure flatness with a large level and when we asked the installer if everything was ok, he smiled, chuckled, and said, "You're good". The install itself took about 1.5 days, and I have to say the installers for our shed were impressive. They worked quickly, but you could easily tell they have installed tons of these sheds, so the install was done very, very well. In summary, from the initial visit, selection and design process, to the completed install, Tuff Shed did a great job! I am very pleased with their work! Thank you Jonathan and crew!
