My call was returned by Phil, he stated that to send an estimator out it would be an additional charge add onto the bill of $50 (even though the website says FREE ESTIMATES). Phil told me that he would just send out a crew in 2 days to do the garage floor and it would be $600 for the first cubic yard and anything else would be additional. I first told him to go ahead but the next day I decided to get an estimate from another company. The other company gave me a FIRM estimate. I was not comfortable with Phil's open ended estimate so I called Phil to cancel my appointment, and when asked why, Phil laughed and then said he would do it for $100 less than the other company and when I told him I was going with the other company he became rude and told me that I putting him in a bad spot and he became more rude with his attitude and then slammed the phone down. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO WITH SOMEONE ELSE AND AVOID THIS RUDE COMPANY!!!!

What do you do to make your concrete last?
To ensure concrete longevity, we utilize a high-strength 4,000 psi minimum mix and incorporate reinforcing rods in every slab. Strategic placement of control joints helps prevent random cracking. Additionally, we apply a penetrating sealant to each project, which extends the curing time and protects against salt intrusion.
What can I do to preserve my concrete and prevent further settling, deterioration or cracking?
To maintain your concrete, we recommend cleaning and sealing horizontal surfaces every two years for protection against moisture and salt. Proper landscaping should direct water away from structures. During remodeling, avoid placing heavy dumpsters or delivery trucks on concrete driveways. Refrain from using salt on concrete surfaces. For existing cracks, apply self-leveling, concrete-colored caulk to seal them effectively.
