However, noticed a small water leak (outside of warranty period). Brought this to their attention - without questions, they very promptly took care of everything. Things happen and when they do, Tuffshed stands behind their products.

His style and personality also made this a very enjoyable experience, fun actually. Working with him was fun, fast and resulted in the perfect shed for our space and location. Then in less time then estimated the installers called to install. The install was also excellent, they did not need my input, we were prepared and outlined the location, they did the rest. Once the crew started they did not finish until it was complete. It looks better than I had expected. Truly a wonderful experience.

My mistake for not checking their work during the build and the base of the shed was placed off from its foundation. It looks unprofessionally done. Once installation is done, no one wants to answer my call.
