  Service was excellent. Showed up very quickly resolved the problem and advised me on an enzyme to help prevent further problems down the road I would readily refer Roto Rooter to anyone with a plumbing issue. I only wish I had checked my mail earlier that day. I received a yellow page phone book with a magnet and $25..00 off. Every bit helps, but that might teach me to check the mail more than once a week. (Lol). Probably not as it's mostly junk.

  I had an excellent experience with this plumbing company! They did an amazing job fixing my drain issue quickly and professionally. From start to finish, they were punctual, knowledgeable, and very respectful of my home. The quality of their work was top-notch, and they made sure everything was working perfectly before they left. What really stood out was their attention to detail and willingness to explain what was going on, which gave me a lot of confidence in their work. On top of that, their pricing was fair and transparent. I highly recommend them to anyone needing plumbing services—especially for drain issues. Truly five-star service! My technicians were Race and Travis, I would recommend them to anyone.

  Our Technician: Zachary Faith was very professional and friendly. He explained everything very thoroughly to us as to what he was doing to fix our clogs. He stayed late until he was able to fix everything so we were able to use the sinks and toilet that evening. Cleaned up everything before he left. Would definitely recommend his service.

  Race was amazing! He's been out a couple times to help us with a sewer main back up and he went the extra mile to help us. We had tile piping and played with fate a little too long. He's always happy to help and explain options and next steps and show us/walk us through what he was seeing. He included his supervisor Karim who was an awesome help in understanding what we needed to do for insurance and was great at helping put worries aside because he made everything easy to understand in an overwhelming situation. Kyle came out later as well to do water mitigation and was a great help with understanding and next steps as well. He and his team worked fast and efficient and had great communication through everything. All three of them were great with my youngest who was very interested in everything they were doing. Very patient and kind and talked with her at her level to explain what they were doing and how they were fixing things.

  Roto-Rooter came out and installed a new water softener. The next day, I was told the lines weren’t hooked up correctly. Being that I am not a plumber, I called them and explained the issue. Ammon came out within the hour and fixed the issue with no hesitation. I really appreciate the great customer service I received and how quickly they were to fix a problem at no additional cost. They made things right, Ammon made sure I understood everything, and for that, I highly recommend them!
