  Joe from Quad City has been incredible! He's helped me out with a couple different projects now. Each time he's gone out of his way to make sure the work was done quickly, and properly. He was quick to respond to messages, and was great about communicating exactly what was happening, and when. Highly recommend!

  We have a 35 year old home and some of the wooden siding was starting to fail. We contacted Quad City after they were recommended by a construction project manager and by a neighbor that had recently worked with them. Josef helped us explore different options. He was very responsive and he does his homework. He remained patient when we asked questions about design, material selection, scheduling, removal, and installation. We want to recognize Nick and Tom for their excellent craftsmanship, adaptability, and follow up. It was a pleasant experience working with genuinely good people. We get many compliments on the new look of our home.

  Joe at Quad Cities was awesome to work with. He helped lead us through a year-long (plus) insurance challenge that would have been very difficult to navigate for someone who is not experienced with those issues. Joe regularly called or texted to follow up throughout the process. He frequently changed his personal schedule to accommodate ours when in-person meetings were required and was always pleasant to work with. I can honestly say that I’ve never experienced that level of customer service before … period. If you have storm damage on your home, do not hesitate to call Joe at Quad Cities. You won’t regret it!
