Amy was so sweet, understanding & professional, she got me on the schedule in less than 24 hours, when the electricians came out Adam, Tyler and Kyle, they were also very professional, respectful, knowledgeable and efficient. They came first thing in the morning and they were in and out quickly with my issue completely resolved! Amy called to follow up with me to make sure everything worked out, I am so pleased with their service from beginning to end! They are a honest, efficient & very kind to work with, if I ever run into any electrical issues in the future, I will be calling Electrical Solutions Inc. Thank you so much! :)

- SGSickid GamingAug 14, 20205.0Half my room on the upper level was out. After doing some digging, I came across ESI. The administrator Barb, informed me they can have a guy out in 15 min. Sure enough, 15 minutes later he showed up and found the issue within 2 min of being here and fixed it. All-in-all only took him about 10 min. The electrician who was here was very kind and professional. I would like to make it known because it surprised me at first, that the service is charged at $80 an hour. Even if it took only 20 mins they will charge that. To me that's fair, you see this in a lot of businesses. As my grandfather always put it, you get what you paid for in the end. I would recommend ESI to anyone just for their excellent service alone. I would like to throw a special thanks out to Barb for working with me and giving me the information and service I needed during my power issues. Every service call starts with someone and she did great.
