Obtaining an estimate isn't necessary. The insurance adjuster who inspects your property will provide a loss statement detailing the repairs. We recommend reviewing this document with your New Life Contracting representative. If any items are missing, our team will notify your insurance company.
What is a supplement?
A supplement is a request for additional funds that New Life Contracting may submit to your insurance company. This occurs when unforeseen factors arise during repairs, such as building code requirements, labor considerations, or the need for additional materials.
Why is my mortgage company on the insurance check - what do I do?
Your mortgage company appears on the insurance check due to their financial interest in the property. To release the funds, contact your mortgage company's loss draft or property damage department promptly to obtain the necessary forms.
Do I need to obtain a permit?
New Life Contracting will handle the acquisition of all required permits and assist in coordinating their closure. You don't need to obtain the permits yourself.
What happens with left over materials?
To prevent project delays, we order additional materials. Any unused materials after project completion will be collected by the supplier and returned to their inventory.
