  Shed was not installed centered on the gravel pad despite me specifically covering this at the start of the build. This resulted in one side of the shed being less than 5 ft from the neighbors fence and violating zoning rules. Other shortfalls include a shelving nail penetrating outside the shed wall, tears in the thermal lining on the inside door, a scrap piece of wood used as leveling block on the bottom of the shed that will surely rot in a few years, shed door laid on the grass in back yard and then installed with dog poo on it. At the end the day they walked off with the long extension cord I set up for them. It’s been a few weeks of me reaching out to at least get them to move the shed over to the right place, but they seem to want nothing to do with me anymore.

  I worked with Chris Wefel at the Tuff Shed St. Paul showroom. Once we decided to purchase a 12x16 unit, Chris got the order placed and secured in time to take advantage of a sale and free Paint job limited offer. Although it was another 8-10 weeks to get it installed due to permitting, site prep and weather issues, all of which were out of their control, Chris W, was with me the whole time to ensure the install was done with as little effort on my part as possible. Even with some scheduling delays, Chis kept me informed and the ball rolling. Once the install started, the crew was great, very communicative, very professional installers. They ensured it was done the way we wanted and how we ordered it. Even when they had to delay the paint job due to rain, they made sure to complete the job in a little less than a week. We are VERY Satisfied with the result. A great big thanks to Chris and the crew at Tuff Shed. We feel it was an excellent value.

  Neil was very courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly. He helped us design our new 8x12 shed. He answered all of our questions. He even had a couple spare keys on hand that we needed for our other 10-year-old Tuff Shed. Once we get a spot prepared in our yard, we will be having them install our new shed. Can't wait!
