  I love love love my kitchen!! Bretta was exceptionally detail-oriented, took the time to understand my goals, and transformed my vision into reality. She strongly advocated for me with the companies involved, making sure everything was done right and to my liking. Side note- I am NOT LOCAL! she did it from miles away! You will not regret choosing her to help your dream become a reality!!

  Kitchens By Design's teams of professionals made our kitchen & dining room remodel possible. Beginning with Bretta, the designer and coordinator, who came up with a whole new design for our remodel which we fell in love with immediately. Teams of people came in for flooring, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, tiling, sheetrock and painting. All were professional and friendly to work with. I would highly recommend Kitchens by Design for your kitchen remodel project!

  We love our new kitchen, it turned out beautifully! The project management support was great for most of the process, but communication dropped off toward the end. There wasn’t a final check-in to confirm everything met our expectations, and responses became quite delayed. We ended up finishing a few details ourselves, like painting touch-ups and filling nail holes on the new cabinet trim. Not major issues, but for a full kitchen remodel, we expected those items to be handled and reviewed at the end. We also had new flooring installed, and the transition between rooms was chosen and installed without our input, it’s not what we would have picked. I hadn’t realized that was something I needed to ask about, and I wish those types of design decisions had been discussed ahead of time with the project manager. Overall, we’re very happy with the finished space, but better end-of-project communication and quality follow-up would have made the experience better.

  We had Kitchens By Design redo our kitchen, bathrooms (except for tub and shower), all main level flooring, and all main level lighting. It all looks great and we love it. Dawn was easy to work with and helped us pick out good items. She coordinated all the subcontractors and workers and everything went according to plan. Shawn, the carpenter, was amazing and was excellent at everything he did. I felt the pricing was very fair and competitive. We would for sure have Kitchens By Design back for our next project.

  Kitchens by Design provided the most seemless experience from the design phase to the finishing touches on our kitchen renovation. Victoria is meticulous in her work as a designer and project manager. Every subcontractor from drywall, electricians, harwood floor installers, to plumbing, was professional and courteous to my family and pets. The finished kitchen was beyond my expectation. I highly recommend Kitchens by Design for your next home project.
