  I cannot say enough good things about Velocity Drain Services. I had a different service provider out here last week because my kitchen sink wouldn't drain and the p-trap under my sink was no bueno. My fiancee Darin and I had tried to fix it on our own (three times). I called others based on two friends recommendations, but they didn't do this type of work. So.. I went with a very large company that came up on my feed... That company came and did some work.. that wasn't enough and they said that they could not fix the issue without tearing up the floor and replacing the pipe. I paid just about a thousand dollars and was still without a working kitchen sink. They gave me two options- $10k and they couldn't guarantee it. $15k was the work they could guarantee. I told them I would think about it. I prayed and told the that Lord I trusted Him to make a way for me. I was overwhelmed when Darin told me that not only would he help, his parents would too. His dad was on the phone all day looking for a second opinion. I was trepidatious about having another service call but Velocity convinced Darin's dad that they could clean it out- no problem. So I agreed. They were here today for about two hours. My drain is totally cleaned out. Bonus is that everything he did, they gave a 15% discount because Darin is a veteran. Much less than $1k and I am very, very grateful. God is so so good. Velocity Drain Services was outstanding.

  As a property management company, we rely on our vendors. When they do a great job, it reflects positively on us and shows our tenants we care about them. Velocity is fast, knowledgeable, detailed, communicative, and gets the job done right. I recommend them.

  Contacted Velocity to have a residential sump line inspected. It was an excellent experience from start to finish. Ryan helped me schedule the appointment and went above and beyond to explain the process and accommodate my schedule. Kyle the tech they sent out was super knowledgeable and explained everything in detail and was one of the nicest people I’ve met.
