After reviewing the insulation in my garage, my technician Chris, said that all I had to do was seal my firewall. I politely asked him to take a look at my attic insulation. He refused, stating that he had already found the issue. I asked him again; I had already opened the attic access and set up a ladder. He again refused. After going into the attic myself, I found that I had 2 vent fans that had become disconnected as the cause of the initial damage and my insulation needs to be upgraded. He essentially left the job undone, despite the ease of access. I will never go through this company again.
