- MSMary StumpfSep 16, 20241.0We made a special trip to come into the store showroom Monday, Sept 16th. We called ahead to find out the showroom hours and were not informed that we should make an appointment at that time. When we got to the show room the store rep was helping another customer and the customer said oh gosh I hope we arent infringing on your next appointment time and the store rep said no I don’t have any other appointments after you. She continued helping the customer. We waited until they were done and then the rep went into the back area for employees, and did not come back out. She did not greet us. She did not try to help us even though she said in front of us she didn’t have any other appointments and she didn’t even inform we would need to set up an appointment time. We drove an hour and a half to come to the show room. This is the worst I think I’ve ever been treated and the rudest customer service I have ever seen.

I'm so thankful that Ferguson had one on hand that I was about to get the same day! Ashley, who I spoke with on the phone was super friendly and helpful! I'd go back here again!
