  I stopped by Discount Windows & Wares booth at the State Fair and was able to set up a time for Mark Black to come give a free estimate. The whole process was smooth and Mark was easy to communicate with. I am happy with the price we paid and the quality of our new two front windows. I would definitely recommend!

  We had a vinyl window installed by Discount Windows and Wares and after two years it needed a slight adjustment. They were very proactive in getting a technician over to fix the problem. This business stood by their warranty and cared about the customer.

  I was so pleased by the service I received from Mark! Here's why I'd recommend him and how he's different from others: I own a rental home in St. Paul and the city does annual safety inspections and found a window that they claimed needed to be replaced. I tried to source a window company for almost three months with no success as most would only come out for replacing at least 2 to 4 windows or more, not to just replace or fix one. I finally found Mark and he was able to make an appt within a week of us talking and he was able to fix the window on the spot without replacing it. He brings all of his tools with him so that if something like this does happen, he can just fix it on the spot if he's able. I'm looking forward to having all of my windows there replaced in the next 3-5 years and I'll be calling him for this work!
