  The technician that Mike sent to my rental property tried to get me to replace a 4 year old furnace for $7,000 because an induction motor ($400) had burned out. The motor was still under warranty, but the tech made no attempt to investigate whether I was interested in pursuing getting it replaced under warranty, and spoke to me as though I was wasting his time by seeking to understand why a 4 year old furnace suddenly needed to be replaced. I had a different HVAC company that my family trusts come to the property to get a second opinion, and firmly disagreed with Mike's assessment of the right way to handle my tenants not getting heat in the home. The other tech also mentioned that Mike's work is second rate and that they have had to clean up his mess after he "repairs" other customer's utilities.

  After talking with a nice fella a few weeks ago (I can't remember his name) he helped schedule a technician out (Carter) to look at my water softener. It needed to be replaced. Now my wife (E'Norma) and I have soft water again! Great job and thank you for everything!

  I started to install a gas heater in my garage. I ran the gas line and hung the heater but the rest was beyond my abilities. I called Mike's and they finished the installation for me. It's not that they did the work, it's that they did it right the 1st time. Quality parts and professional installation. It's been a couple of years now and there have been no problems what so ever. The chimney they installed through my roof in the winter was perfect. No leaks. They showed up and got the job done quickly. The most important thing to me is that they know what they are doing. Very impressed.

  I highly recommend the guys at Mike's. Carter replaced my water softener this morning and he's the man. He was right on time, friendly, and definitely an expert at his trade. I really appreciated his work and would recommend him to anyone looking for quality work with exceptional service. Thanks, Carter!

  Terrible experience. My radiators burst and we hired Mike to replace my heating system with radiators. He put in cheap, poorly manufactured radiators and those all continued to fail. He also installed a boiler system that was discontinued so now 3 years later when I have new problems with the discontinued model, I now have to replace the entire system. The new HVAC company said that what Mike did was poor ethics (knowingly putting in a discontinued system that was likely a fraction of the original price) Mike also interrupted me constantly, dismissed my thoughts or concerns, and treated me with no respect. I would never recommend Mike and will tell everyone I know to run and don’t waste a penny on this guy.
