  Why would anyone use your business for tile if this is how you act in public? This places buys and intentionally moves to an old Kwik Trip across from a high school with 1600 students right by the only pedestrian bridge. It dismisses class at 3:30 and the kids and parents are gone by 4:00. It has parking for at least 50 cars across in the old lot. Even busy, the lot was still accessible for his 2 customers. Instead of using the opportunity to advertise and come out and talk to 50 cars a day, hand out advertisements, and make connections; the old Cooter comes out and yells at people for being in his lot and acts a fool. So if he acts like this in this situation, why would anyone let you in their house to remodel? Hire a wino off the street for your tile before you hire someone who acts like this guy.

  The project looked great until it was grouted. When dried the grout was multicolored and sloppy. Everywhere in the shower and bathroom that was grouted was multicolored. The plumber came to put in the fixtures after the tile work was "completed" and wouldn't because the grout looked so bad he was concerned about the moisture barrier. If I had done this work myself or hired a friend the outcome would've been acceptable, but not for a professional company. One star because the owner tried to come and fix it, but only after I sent pictures and asked how multicolored uneven grout lines was a finished project. After a long drawn out attempt to "fix" and color the grout he owner agreed to refund the deposit, but then sent a long response as to why the project was acceptable. Buyer beware, tile installers aren't licensed or regulated in any capacity. Latalia didn't bother to respond to my email questioning their backing out of returning the deposit so we can do better at finding a professional company to redo our "new" bathroom tile. Latalia didn't respond to the Better Business Bureau inquiry and it took several letters for them to respond to the Attorney General's Office. I am truly mystified at the reviews about excellent work, experience and precision. Tried to support a local company, but learned the hard way word of mouth is best. Oh, they also left their propane heaters on inside our closed garage unattended while they went to lunch. Not recommended by anyone even with "automatic" shut offs if they tip over. Not to mention carbon monoxide.
