  Paid $70 for the technician to tell me he wouldn’t go into the crawl space to see my leaky valve, nor would anyone else at K&S. The recommendation was for me to go down there and try to tighten it myself. So if anyone knows a decent plumber I still have a leaking shower.

  I was happy to be able to get an appointment the same morning as I called. Drew arrived promptly on time and had our water heater repaired quickly. Payment was easy too.

  Your plumber Andrew was sent to my home on Thursday March 26, to give me an estimate on doing repair work in an upstairs bathroom. He did so , and said he could do the work at that time. He was to repair or replace the shower head and replace the handle to turn the water on or off. There was a problem with the handle, so he needed to go to the warehouse to replace it, which he did. However, he had to make another trip , because this didn’t work either. So he went back to the office and repaired it and replaced it . Throughout the process, he was very polite and reassuring that he would be able to repair it, which he did. All in all, , he did a great job!

  Richard B was the tech who came out and performed the service we needed! We had a garbage disposal that had been cligged up and broken for quite some time that we decided to have swapped out for a normal drain. He was incredibly friendly and well informed when it came to the many questions i had for him. He got the work done quickly, left the underside of my sink in a better state than when he arrived, and weve had no issues with our sink since! I would 100% use them again if i ever needed their services.

  This company is dishonest! They will do the service but it WILL NOT pass inspection by the city. And when you talk to managment about this they say most people dont get it inspected by the city. What is really happening is depending on your neighborhood, if you are living in a pooer area of town they assume you won't get the hvac inspected by the city and so they won't do their jobs fully! I had to pay another company to come in and fix the problems. Don't look at reviews from year+ ago. Most of their reviews now are one star. Don't do it!!!! Update: I did, I talked to multiple people. You guys said I would have to pay 400$ more to get the new HVAC system up to code. But you where so kind to give me a deal....stating it normally costs 600$....i had another company come in and fix the problem for 350$. Also the problem that you guys refused to fix was a safety problem....it put my family at risk of a carbon monoxide poisoning. But why would you guys care....you got your money. Please go to tonna or b&c before going to this company!!!
