- BVBill VanceSep 21, 20235.0Let me start by saying that I Orderd special color caulk from another local company on August 14( found out later they didn't even put the order in till the 16th). Originally they told me it would take around a week. Then it was 2 weeks. They tracked the order, and I was told it would be no later than the end of that 2nd week. Didn't come then either. I asked patiently for them to track the order again and get to me later that day. Never got back to me. I finally had enough and luckily I found these guys. I ordered everything i needed from Corey and he located the caulk that I needed while i was standing there. It came in only 3 business days. The other order finally came 5 weeks later. But by that time the job was basically finished. Thank you White Cap for saving the day!
