Aaron texted us when he was about 15 minutes from our home so we were prepared. Inspected and diagnosed the problem, explained what had to be done, after getting our approval he made the necessary repairs. Aaron was very willing to discuss other HVAC concerns we had. Overall Aaron was very pleasant, skilled and knowledgeable. Will definitely call Tonna. With any future issues .

I understand things happen and my basement is unfinished but I would assume a wet vacuum could have easily cleaned up most of the mess. Figure when you pay a premium price it includes cleaning up after the work has been done.
- DKDalton KJan 9, 20263.0Service seemed pretty standard. Tech was courteous and put slippers over his boots to protect my floor. Tech was experienced and diagnosed the issue in minutes. Price felt high for replacing my Carrier inducer motor assembly. The job took about an hour and a half with driving to the shop and back. I searched the replacement part number online and was finding parts for around $1200-1700 new. Overall job was just over $2843 with an $81 service fee added. I wish I had a more itemized receipt so I could see labor rates, etc.
