- LPLenny PearceNov 14, 20255.0We hired Tonna Mechanical to repair our hot water heater. We took their first available appt for Thursday morning. Hunter came out and diagnosed the issue and identified the unit to be under warranty with the manufacturer. Hunter called the manufacturer and arranged for replacement parts to be shipped to our home for overnight delivery. The parts delivered on Friday morning. I called the office and was told the first available appt was Monday. After explaining that we had not had hot water most of the week already, the agent called dispatch and arranged for Jack to come out and get us up and running on Friday. Both technicians Hunter and Jack were professional, knowledgeable and kind. The agent I spoke to at the office was professional, kind and helpful as well. We appreciate the service we received from everyone we worked with at Tonna Mechanical! A big thank you for getting us up and running ASAP!

Never felt I was being too upsold, and the guys were very nice and willing to take a look at other things that were unrelated to my original call. Will definitely use them in the future.
