- JRJesse R1 day ago5.0I believe the names of the techs that came to my place were Austin and Scott. They were informative, friendly and got the job done quick. I was grateful that my furnace was still under warranty, which I wasn't aware of, but they verified. Would not hesitate to call them again,or recommend them to a friend.
- EMEd McLeod1 day ago5.0Chris came in today to check why there was water on the floor in front of our. Furnace. He found the possible problem and added a 90 degree end on the drain tube. Quick and hopefully fully successful. Will have to wait and see.

The service was fast and the technician was very helpful and informative! Will recommend to others and consider again for future related services.
- KKKim KimMar 9, 20261.0This company is dishonest! They will do the service but it WILL NOT pass inspection by the city. And when you talk to managment about this they say most people dont get it inspected by the city. What is really happening is depending on your neighborhood, if you are living in a pooer area of town they assume you won't get the hvac inspected by the city and so they won't do their jobs fully! I had to pay another company to come in and fix the problems. Don't look at reviews from year+ ago. Most of their reviews now are one star. Don't do it!!!! Update: I did, I talked to multiple people. You guys said I would have to pay 400$ more to get the new HVAC system up to code. But you where so kind to give me a deal....stating it normally costs 600$....i had another company come in and fix the problem for 350$. Also the problem that you guys refused to fix was a safety problem....it put my family at risk of a carbon monoxide poisoning. But why would you guys care....you got your money. Please go to tonna or b&c before going to this company!!!
