When K&S opened it’s doors in 1988, it was our goal then, and is still our goal today, to have a company that could promise “One Call Does It All” when it comes to your home comfort. In addition, regardless of the project, K&S NEVER has to hire a sub-contractor. We have the ability to take everything we do from start to finish with just our staff. This approach to business provides unsurpassed convenience to our customers!

- TTtangerinez19Nov 17, 20255.0Blake K. was doing the duct cleaning at my daughter’s house today. He was such a nice person and he did a fabulous job. I’m totally happy with the work that he did. One thing that could be done for Blake is to have the maintenance dept. fix the tire on his Beast Cleaning Machine. It’s a heavy piece of equipment and when the tire is flat it is much harder to push around. Please get that fixed for him. Thank you. Highly recommend Blake for anyone needing duct cleaning. Yes it is expensive but it is worth it.

Cael D came, he listened and then got straight to work. He had the problem diagnosed and resolved in about 20 minutes. He explained what happened and advised that if we had further concerns to give them a call. Great service!
- JSjulie streibNov 10, 20255.0Yahya was very knowledgeable and efficient in his work. I have a very old furnace and he was patient in teaching me about the furnace and changing a very weird filter type. He also noticed water on the floor and was able identify and remedy the source.
