When K&S opened it’s doors in 1988, it was our goal then, and is still our goal today, to have a company that could promise “One Call Does It All” when it comes to your home comfort. In addition, regardless of the project, K&S NEVER has to hire a sub-contractor. We have the ability to take everything we do from start to finish with just our staff. This approach to business provides unsurpassed convenience to our customers!

He worked effectively & efficiently by starting upstairs then to the main floor & ending in the basement. He was very prompt and arrived at the top of the hour. I would have Blake clean the ducts again. Even though the tire on his vacuum was flat, this situation did not hinder his ability to be productive. Blake made the best of the situation concerning the flat tire. Thank you Blake.

Very professional we were in Florida at the time and Scott went in and fixed it within an hour. Very happy with the whole experience with K&S.
- EDEmily DohertyJan 22, 20261.0Had a few experiences with this company- 1. Subpar work on a personal home. The guys vented not to code out of my roof, were called out on it but it's since been OK'd by the city since they already cut a big hole in my roof. 2. No maintenance plans are transferrable to a new owner, even when they've already been paid for. I guess they just get to keep the money for the services the previous owner paid for... 🤷🏼♀️ Spoke with the GM who was little help & had no interest in making the frustrating situation right and only continued to tell me how this is how they've done business for forever. Apparently bad business for forever. Would not recommend and won't personally use in the future.
