We worked with Denyle Sparks and she answered all our questions and made great recommendations and thoroughly explained the pros and cons of each model we looked at. She was extremely helpful, friendly, and professional - and patient! The prices are higher than you will find in a big box store (like anything else) but as Denyle explained to us, "you pay for quality." In other words, you get what you pay for. We highly recommend this business and will shop there again when it's time for another remod project.

There was never an apology, or even a returned phone call. To avoid being without a kitchen sink for 6-9 weeks I had to change colors- again with no compensation or even a conversation. Customer care from the cities was helpful but Rochester staff was of no help and rude. Horrible experience!

I called Ferguson and they said they would send another...it never came. Called again and asked them to refund. I ordered the parts I needed through Amazon.
