  Action Plumbing is excellent. They were just at our house two weeks ago to solve a different plumbing issue. This time we had a spraying leak in copper pipe near the water shutoff and water meter so it was urgent. Jordan, the dispatcher, handled everything calmly and efficiently. Josh got to our house as quickly as possible and had the problem repaired promptly. We haven’t been billed yet, but our last bill from Action seemed reasonable.

  Josh from Action Plumbing and Heating did an excellent job fixing a leak on my water softener. He was professional, efficient, and took the time to explain everything clearly so I understood what was going on. Really appreciate the quality work—highly recommend!

  We called Action due to air being in our toilets and faucets and they sent Andrew the same day. He was able to diagnose a problem with our iron filter and provide a solution the same day. When the problem was still there then next morning we called Action again and they sent Josh out that morning. He was able to confirm what Andrew did was correct and he also called the old company that installed the iron filter to ask what else could be done. Josh was able to change the settings on our iron filter based on their recommendation and this resolved the issue. Both individuals were professional, upfront, and explained everything so I could understand what needed to be done. We will continue to use Action for all our plumbing needs.

  I had two inches of water in our basement due to a sump pump failure and our water heater wasn’t working. I called Action and in a couple of hours they had sent us a technician, Josh. He did a great job getting water moving out of the basement and then installing a new pump. He checked out the water heater and got it going again! I’ve used Action Plumbing and Heating for my remodeling business for many years and whole-heartedly recommend them.

  We're tremendously pleased. We needed some work to replace some aging valves on our system. Our service technician, Andrew, kept us informed as to when he would arrive. He worked efficiently and left the area clean. The new plumbing he installed works well and solves our problem. We've used Action Previously when they were the plumbers on two major remodel projects we had. We've always been pleased with them - and still are. They've handled small repairs for us as well as big remodels. We plan to keep using them!
