Michael, the technician, came out within an hour of my call, which was incredibly helpful. He was super nice, friendly, and very knowledgeable. He clearly knew what he was doing and genuinely wanted to help. He not only took care of the broken spring, but also helped address a couple of other issues I was having with my garage doors. I’ve used Action Door before, and they’ve been great every time. Michael did an excellent job, and I would definitely use Action Door again. Highly recommend.
