She was helpful, knowledgeable and funny. We enjoyed our time working with her through the process of selection. She educated us on the types of tile and what would be best for our project. We struggled with color options and she helped us narrow it down with confidence. We visited the store several times and even when we brought the kids, Karen handled them well and was engaging with them. We mixed in tile from a big box and Kate Lo. Great value We found the prices VERY competitive and with the high quality service Karen gave us well worth the time/investment shopping there.
