Was told to send our last repair slip, which we went with another person, did send the copy of our bill. We feel that our problem with the freon leaking out of the system should have been taken care of on the first service call. Which was in 2011, but of course nothing was repaired and if that wasn't bad enough they have come out 1 or twice more. Guess a new air conditioner should have been installed.. So now we wait for a call or letter saying why this happened and we feel we should at least be given the money we have spent to keep this air conditioner going..
