- JBJonathan BartelsApr 27, 20242.0After waiting for over a month and finally calling them to mail me their bill, I finally received a bill from Hanson's Plumbing and Heating over a month after it was invoiced, $725 😦 . They more than doubled the price of the two parts they put in, and the cheap plastic Pressure Switch terminals were actually broken by the technician (Kasey) as the homeowner (myself) held a flashlight 🔦 on the operation and looked over his shoulder. I'm paying this by check this time so the bank has the cancelled check on file. When I called there they first said I still owed bills from 2012 and 2016, then they called back again and said those bills were recorded paid by credit 💳 card on their "old computer system" . 🫨 At least the furnace is working. I'm thankful for that 🙏 .
