He was personable, polite, and thorough. We will definitely keep calling Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and Heating for our needs in this area. Very happy.

He let me know that the company who installed it 3 years ago installed a furnace that is to small for my home and because of that the AC we needed to install 6 months after is also to small and we probably didn't need the windows we had installed because our house is still to cold in the winter, and to hot in the summer! Nice!!🤬

They told us we would need a total system replacement for a burnt out relay on the board. They said the board alone would be at least $2000. Replaced the board ourselves for $250 and cleaned the returns and furnace is working fine again. Was quoted on the phone when making the appointment that it would be $89 for them to come out but nothing was mentioned about the over $100 “diagnostic” charge once all was said and done- or should I say not done. Very dishonest business practices.

I was sent a photo and name of the technician prior to the appointment. They arrived on time, they found the problem and fixed it, explained the process to me, answered all my questions and cleaned up carefully before they left.
