They told us we would need a total system replacement for a burnt out relay on the board. They said the board alone would be at least $2000. Replaced the board ourselves for $250 and cleaned the returns and furnace is working fine again. Was quoted on the phone when making the appointment that it would be $89 for them to come out but nothing was mentioned about the over $100 “diagnostic” charge once all was said and done- or should I say not done. Very dishonest business practices.

I was sent a photo and name of the technician prior to the appointment. They arrived on time, they found the problem and fixed it, explained the process to me, answered all my questions and cleaned up carefully before they left.
