  Well what can I say a about wonderful window world. Let's start off by not everyone has experience the nightmare I've been going through. With this company. But here is my story and still in the process after 5 months. Sales men came out for qoute for three windows 2 large windows one small window all in the kitchen. I said sure not a bad price cause I would be doing the jambs and casing my self. So 8 weeks later may I say I took work off that day. So I got call back from the installer say your windows are done. but one of the windows was measure wrong the small window over the sink I said to my self how can they measure a rough open wrong red flag. So they had to order another window above the sink. So week later my big picture window 5'x 7' pretty large window witch they installed had defective comsic spots inside the pane glass witch was right in the middle of the glass and week later my slider window when the sun hits it. you can see finger prints inside pane glass. I called manger up he came out and said yes defective. So now they have to place the sash in the slider and replace the hole picture window. Ok so there going come out and do everything at once the kitchen window and the other two windows so now I got to take another day off of work. So now another 6 weeks have past time to install again. So the installer called me the about windows are installed but we have a problem the big picture window the frame crack going have to order another window by this time i had enough and another week goes by I look and my slider window the sash they replace because of the finger prints it was in the same place so they replace a new sash with the exact same spot that the old sash finger print were. So now I got to take another day off work so they can replace the picture window and I told them dont replace the sash I want to be reimbursed cause I feel im going to get another sash with the same finger prints. And time off of work that I should've off not been taking off. And its still going on I will never ever go back to wonderful window world this experience has just been a nightmare.

  Top notch experience from start to finish! Met with Matt during the consultation and estimate process. He was knowledgeable, honest and straightforward about the need to replace 20+ original windows from 1957. It was never an upsell or pressure situation, just quality product meets quality results. Plus a lifetime, transferable warranty is something you just don’t see from other companies based on my quotes/research. On top of that, the installer they hired (Kustom Fit Construction) was nothing but amazing. Scheduled an install of 20+ windows and 3 other fittings, over 4 days. They installed 14 large windows in one day and they are perfect. Amazing job! Cannot recommend Window World, Kustom Fit, and their top down experience more!

  Window World offered the best deal in terms of product quality, energy efficiency and cost. The installation went very smoothly. We are very happy with our new windows! It is so much warmer in those rooms- our old windows were a wreck!

  I needed 3 replacement window screens for our Windsor Windows. After contacting Windsor Windows for some direction, they sent me a link of local distributors to try. I contacted about a half dozen companies. Two sent me to other distributors that were dead ends. Two initially responded, then silence. And a few didn’t respond at all. I contacted Window World in North St. Paul and finally got help. I had a great experience with them. From the moment I reached out, the team—Mike, Sophia, Nick, and Bettsy—was attentive and supportive, ensuring all my questions were answered and my needs were met. They handled every issue that arose with professionalism and efficiency, making the entire process smooth and stress-free.
