I have never had a better experience with home services. They went above and beyond to help our family. We couldn’t be more impressed and grateful for Nate and the entire experience - coming out quickly, exceptional service, and working with us regardless of the time it took. Nate came out on a Saturday. I cannot recommend them enough. Don’t look any further because they are one of the best!!

We had a problem with our basement laundry room drain. The plumber that came out to service our clogged drain was very professional and did an excellent job solving the problem. He went above and beyond to make sure our problem was resolved properly. Thank you for you expert help.

My home insurance contracted me with KB to work on clogged kitchen sink. The technician came and he asked me for $70 up front I paid that, then he mentioned he going to bring a 25 footer snake to work on it, three days went by never heard from him. I called back they asked me to pay them $127 out of my pocket in order for them to come back. My insurance contracted them and told they will pay them the full price. But they keep telling me got pay them the 127. I don’t recommend their service to anyone. On the top of that, the technician forgot to tie the screw under the sink. Water was dripping. They messed it up my cabinet door..

If you want the best experience, ask for Tony. He noticed and corrected issues with the previous furnace install by this company. I'm a bit disappointed that I paid over $10k for a furnace and AC that this company installed back in 2022, only to find that the stuff Tony fixed should have been done during the install. :( 2/17: Updated my star and added more info in this review after KB Service Co responded to this online review. Instead of taking responsibility for their past work and offering an apology, they told me that they "changed" and that they look forward to basically seeing me again. No, you won't. I emailed them this same complaint on 2/15 at 7:35 am and did not get a response. I posted my complaint here late in the afternoon of 2/16 and they responded with a non-apology here. I'm deeply disappointed.

I’m very happy with the service I received on my old furnace. It has saved me thousands on replacing it. I’ve had other well‑known, “professional” companies come out, and all they did was try to sell me a new unit. KB was the first to give me the truth. There were only small wear‑and‑tear issues that needed simple fixes. Now my furnace is running like new again. Thank you, KB Service, for sending real technicians instead of salespeople. Everyone who came out was honest, professional, and very family‑oriented. I’m truly grateful.
