    Decided to drop our longtime “original preventive replacement plan with another company” due to terrible customer service !!!,within seconds we remembered KB service as the “company we use to have “always sent KB and we were so impressed with them and their staff so instead we chose to do a maintenance replacement plan preventive plan with KB (no more middleman) worked out wonderful, And the contract price is actually lower, within 3 to 5 days, we got our first appointment with the KB technician so very impressive!!! thank you,!!! aside from all this no more waiting time on the phone no more hold time a live person actually answers the phone and takes care of your needs at KB.

    We had KB add radiators to our existing boiler system. We explained exactly what we wanted and they did not accomplish the zones we wanted or # of radiators per zone. They delayed and pushed their work over and over because the GC wasn't making payments to them (not our, the client's fault, we had receipts that we paid for the work), they refused to do low voltage wiring for thermostats, but then did wire the thermostats which were wrong. They left cast iron radiators out in the rain and started to rust with no concern or care, asking us, the homeowners to manage their product for them. They ordered incorrect end caps for the radiators multiple times. Every time they were here they complained and left a huge mess, unlike every other trade that was in our home. They didn’t place any metal protective plants beneath the subfloor and a nail went through the pex and water flooded our house, but they shifted the blame to the sublfoor installers. Always shifting the blame, defensive and lazy. Did not zone floors properly, so heat is uneven throughout the house and now we need to pay someone else an additional $4000 to fix their crappy job. Very disappointing.
