It was a five week wait, but they warned us about that. The crew was on site three days. On top of their game and patient with questions. They weren’t the cheapest bid but we’re 100% satisfied. The lifetime guarantee is also a big plus.

We did have an issue with an installer on the second set we had put in but the company worked with us very well and all of our concerns were resolved in a timely manner. It was to the point where they had to pull out and re install one huge window. The did all of the for the 2nd time on their dollar there was no extra charge to me. It was well worth the money spent for these windows.
