Have told them multiple times we are no longer interested in getting an estimate from them. Yet they keep calling non-stop, I have blocked over 6 phone numbers now from these people as they use call centers and they keep harassing me. STOP CALLING ME

Great Patio doors, but it took a long time to get them.

One of the worst business models I have eve experienced. They called us SEVEN times on New Years Eve AFTER telling the sales rep that we were busy and would call on Monday. The rep I talked to on the SEVENTH phone call was so pushy and actually argued with me asking "you don't have five minutes to set up an appointment?" After reading more reviews and Facebook comments, I can see that I am not the only one that dealt with this problem. They called again this morning, a guy named Brian, and I finally just blocked their phone number. Unbelievably poor service, I would caution even giving these people your phone number.

Like others have said, I had a very strange experience with Mad City. I set up an appointment expecting to show them the space and talk about what I wanted and get a quote, but instead he set up in my (very messy house I don't live in yet, on the stove, as it was the only space) to show me a presentation on an ipad. The training they give their sales staff is well done but overall bizarre, making the customer feel scared about how everything else might go wrong with other methods before introducing theirs. Mad City clearly trains their sales staff to be extremely secretive about the price - it took to the very end of an 1.5+ hour long presentation for him to write it down on a piece of paper and hiding it until the reveal like we were negotiating a hostage. The price wasn't too bad to me, $16k for a full ripout and replacement of my tub and surrounds. I wanted to think about it, but he "found discounts" to knock it down to $10k but only if I signed an agreement that day. The immediate signing pressure agreement pitch was also super strange, instead of just telling me that there was a discount to lock in he drew out a diagram of all the appointments he could have and the time wasted if I waited. Maybe I just don't understand sales. But honestly it made me wonder what was wrong with the company that they relied on this aggressive tactic instead of just standing by their product on its own. The sales guy Zack was great, and very easy to talk to, I wish we met at a bar instead because he was lovely. The stars are just for him and I hope he has an amazing day.
