  Our projects turned out great. The sheet vinyl was installed by Jeremy and he did an amazing job. He was friendly, professional and very skilled. Great with animals too. Carpet team were amazing as well. Highly recommend!

  Always wanted vinyl wood flooring on the upper level. CAP did 2 rooms and a hallway. Jason and Sean were the installers and they did a super job. They were both friendly and professional. I couldn't be happier with the finished look.

  Our journey with CAP Carpeting began in 2021, and while we faced significant product issues with our initial LVP (vinyl plank) flooring, the company’s commitment to making it right was stellar. We first had carpeting installed, and the team did such a fantastic job that we’ve since used them again and recommended them to our neighbors. The LVP process was much more difficult due to manufacturer, delays and defects like warping and cracking, but CAP remained professional and responsive throughout the "nightmare" situation. They worked closely with the manufacturer to secure a full replacement. The new floor was installed in 2025 and, a year later, it’s still durable and looks amazing. It is rare to find a business that stands by its work for years until the customer is satisfied. The journey was long, but CAP made it worth it!

  Bait and switch. They company raised my price by $418 after my initial quote, saying that they calculated the dimensions wrong and needed to order more carpet, which was expensive to start with. The job was two small rooms, and small hallway, and some stairs, so $418 was a significant price hike for for such a small job. And then there was damage to my house as well. The finished product is no better than other installers I've used, and they damaged my baseboard and left greasy fingerprints on several walls from touching the walls while getting up off the floor. Both of these things could have been prevented with no problem by washing hands and using a something to cover the baseboard. The company did not care that the baseboard was damaged and made the excuse that the contract allows them to damage things during the installation. They didn't even reply at all about the greasy fingerprints on my walls after I brought it up. I will not use them again and wouldn't recommend them. There are much better companies around who will treat your home kindly. Do yourself a favor and look at other companies reviews, they average just as high as CAP, and your experience will be much smoother.

  Last year my wife and I went to Cap Carpet in search of carpeting for our basement. We had the pleasure of working with Tara Sutton. She not only set us up with the right carpeting, but she went out of her way to make sure that everything went smoothly.I highly recommend her and Cap Carpeting! Thanks Tara, Mike K
