The company has excellent communication throughout the whole process (emails/texts for arrival and appt). Our in-home consult with Mark was wonderful, and he is very knowledgeable. He listened to our issues, then started testing our water, explaining everything along the way. We bought a kinetico system for our home that was installed the next day by Andrew. Andrew was professional, knowledgeable, kind and fun to work with. My husband enjoyed talking with him as he installed our system. The snowy weather was making things dicey outside, but Andrew stayed to complete the project and didn’t rush our questions. We love our system so far and will highly recommend the staff at Aquarius for sure! Thank you!
