I recently bought a few attachments. Seemed well built. I was using the rippers on the box blade ( cutting about 1” of soil ) and I hit a stubborn spot. I backed up to realize two of the teeth tips had broken off. Found one about 10 feet behind me so it wasn’t the stubborn spot for that one. Called them multiple times to see if it’s under warranty because it shouldn’t break that easily and worst case buy two replacements. They never answer their phone. And never called me back. I won’t support a manufacturer that won’t support me

For larger deliveries, over 150 pounds, we use truck freight shipment. This means delivery locations must be accessible for semi-trucks to unload attachments. The recipient present at unloading is responsible for inspecting products and signing the delivery receipt. Customer and/or customer representative must be at least 18 years or older and authorized to sign and receive shipments.

When will my product arrive?
Expect LTL or truck freight shipments to arrive in 7 to 10 days.
You will receive an email with your tracking number when your item has shipped.
Do customers need compact equipment to unload deliveries?
If you desire to move the item from the semi-truck accessible delivery point, you will need equipment to do so. Customer and/or customer representatives must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to sign and receive shipments. If you agree to truck freight, but are unable to accept it upon arrival, you will incur return fees.
What happens if a product is damaged upon delivery?
If the unit(s) arrive at your location with noticeable damages, photos should be taken prior to unbracing/unblocking and unloading if possible.
All damages need to be legible and properly annotated on Bill of Lading (BOL) / proof of delivery. Take pictures if possible.
Photos and BOL should be submitted to Ignite, shopignite@igniteattachments.com, within 24-48 hours of damage discovery.
Can the shipping address be changed after an order is placed?
While we will make every attempt to change a shipping address upon request, we cannot guarantee that these changes will be received and processed by our distribution centers before being shipped out. If an address change is approved, the freight rate may also change-especially if the address is in another zip code or requires a smaller box truck for proper delivery. And if a change is approved after a shipment has left the distribution center, a re-consignment fee of $85 plus additional freight charges must be paid by the recipient immediately.
