Reached out for quotes from 3 local companies for a 30x44x14 outbuilding (insulated, in-floor heat, A/C). Morton's salesman (Rich) was first to respond (the other two took over 4 weeks to even give me a call back). Rich was patient with me as we made some customizations to the exterior design, stairs/loft and then sent out an amazing crew to bring it to life. A special shout out to the Morton builiders - Travis, Kyle and Wesley...man, these guys were the ultimate attention-to-detail craftsmen. They worked their tails off and were more than willing to make some modifications for our loft/stair case and were always professional, polite and kept the work area cleaned-up. If I had to do it all over again, I wouldn't change a thing and I would absolutely request that the Bemboom boys build it. Top shelf all the way around. Highly recommend.

Extremely Disappointed with Morton Buildings – Would Not Recommend I had the misfortune of working with Morton Buildings for an insurance repair job, and the experience was nothing short of exhausting. It took months—yes, months—just to get them to cooperate with my insurance provider and agree on a price. That should’ve been the first red flag. Once that was settled and material had arrived, actually getting Morton to show up to perform the repair became its own saga. It took three separate scheduling attempts before they managed to arrive, each delay blamed on "equipment failures" and further delayed each time due to the crew needing to go out of state for other work. After all that waiting, I hoped things would finally go smoothly. I was wrong. During the repairs, Morton informed me that materials were shorted—a glaring oversight. Even worse, they caused additional damage to an area of the building they weren’t even supposed to touch. While they did agree to cover the labor and materials for the repairs, the situation only got more frustrating from there. It took six weeks just to receive the replacement materials, and then another seven and a half weeks for them to show up to do the repair and finished the original work. When the crew finally returned, they discovered that the originally shorted materials had not been delivered—which meant another trip back to their shop. This entire experience was a marathon of miscommunication, delays, and preventable mistakes. Morton Buildings may be a well-known name, but based on what I went through, their service quality is far from dependable. If you’re considering them for any work—especially insurance-related repairs—proceed with caution. I wish I had.

Had a small building built by Morton a couple years ago, could not be more satisfied. From the planning to the construction crew, everything was top notch. Thank You Morton!

Completed online request for information. Waited two weeks and never received any information. Emailed the company and after another 2 weeks finally got an info packet in the mail that didn't have anymore info on it than the website already had. I attempted to call them twice and got voicemail each time. Left 2 messages with my phone number asking for a call back and never received one. Not even sure this place exists anymore. No idea how they do any business.

Multiple calls and messages left, I have NEVER received a call back. I'll take my new building project to another local builder. Unreal...
