  I had called his company to set up an appointment for them to come and give me an estimate, never heard anything back. Lo and behold I wake up one Saturday morning to some guy in my backyard at eight or nine in the morning when I’m about to let my dog out. I asked him what he was doing and he said he was with R and T cement. I told him there was no appointment ever set up and I never got any call back about setting up an estimate. He told me verbatim it was their policy not to set up appointments and just show up at somebody’s house to do estimates for them. The part of the interaction that really upset me was that he left my back gate wide open and if I would’ve let my dog out( without knowing that guy was there) he would’ve easily escaped. Super unprofessional and weird experience. I can’t speak to what kind of work they do but I wouldn’t work with the company who just shows up unannounced without any communication at all with the homeowner.

  I just bought a house in August and have had to do a lot of repairs on it since then. R&T is by far one of the best contractors I’ve worked with. They showed up for the estimate when they said they would, had a reasonable rate, great communication, and high quality work. They didn’t use high pressure sales tactics or simply ghost me like many contractors have done. If you’re looking for a reliable, straightforward, reasonably priced company to work with, you can’t go wrong with R&T.

  They did the entrance way of my house. Showed up on time and really went above and beyond for me. I will use them again and recommend them to anyone who asks! Real professionals. Quality work at a very fair price.

  R & T Cement, did a great job! And at a very good price. They even helped me work through and were very understanding about all the city's red tape. I would recommend them to anyone needing chimney work. We have a 1933 Tudor in the Victory Neighborhood and they even gave us suggestions on design. I couldn't be happier!!! Bret
