    Our hotel had a sprinkler head break in the middle of the night and we had 12 inches of water on the floor and it soaked up into the walls!!! The team Hickman staff were there that evening or should I say early morning (4am)! On site helping with cleanup and getting the water out of our lobby in office area. They moved fast. Then came the cleanup, ripping out carpet and measuring how high the water came up in the drywall. They moved furniture and did all sorts of work to get all the water out of the area and walls. Most of all they Did it with empathy and understanding… They have seen it all! They were knowledgeable, friendly and helpful! I cannot say enough, good things about Giuseppe and Alberto and their entire team! They took really good care of us!
