- JHJosh HeubleinDec 24, 20251.0I want to start off with everyone that we dealt with was friendly, but we bought 2 tractors at once this spring from them for a total around $90,000 and owning them has been a frustrating experience. The one tractor died when we test drove it and they assured it it was only because it ran out of fuel. Then this spring while I was using it for planting, it shut down intermittently had issues running. To their credit (mostly because they agreed to warranty it for a certain amount of time, but that number kept changing) they came and picked it up and fixed it. It did work this fall, but it did leave us worried at the possibility of there being more problems in the near future. The 2nd tractor we bought, broke down the very first time we used it (the fuel lines were rotted out). Along with that over the course of the year we've had other issues with the tractor that we've had to address such as electrical (lights and gauges not working), the breather on the fuel tank being plugged (we had to leave the cap slightly unscrewed until we got it fixed otherwise the tank would expand, not sure how that went unnoticed), and issues with the shifting that we had to get fixed. I understand that these are used tractors, so the expectations should be somewhat tapered, but they have a sticker on the side of them that says "Titan Machinery Uptime Program" and I'm really questioning what that program all entails other than a $3 sticker. If the only thing that gets done is some fresh filters and some grease, just say freshly serviced, because there was DOWNTIME with these tractors. Again I would like to say everyone we dealt with was friendly, but the overall experience has been frustrating and just disappointing considering that these tractors came from a certified dealer, not a random jockey. We almost bought a planter from them as well, now I'm really glad I didn't. Definitely would not recommend.
