Dalton was fantastic at communication and installation. My house was left very clean and I was fully educated on how to operate and care for the units and filters outside. Very friendly and professional interactions from beginning to end.

Service guy got here and immediately concluded the system needed additional pressure. He then spent 5 minutes adding additional air pressure. And then he charged me $399.00. That is outrageous. Honestly he was here no more than 10-15 minutes total from the time I shook his hand until I handed him the check. I am 72 years old and felt taken advantage of as a vulnerable senior citizen. Mark
