  I called Mr Spring and explained we couldn’t open the door she explained why right on the phone and got us an appointment quickly. Colton came and confirmed it was exactly what she said what the problem was. He fixed it right away and was very professional and super friendly. And a fair price. It works perfectly now.

  John P. did great work on both of my garage doors today, one repair and one tune-up. He was very clear with describing the condition of the doors and very precise on what the needed repairs were to make it safe / functional and what was optional / extra to improve the performance and extent the life of the equipment.

  Couldn’t be happier with the service we got from Mr. Spring!! Called at 6pm when we found out the big spring on the garage door snapped, they offered to come out that night to fix it. I didn’t want to get into overtime territory, but they came out at 8am the next morning! Very upfront about the options for repair and pricing. Had it all fixed in about an hour! Overall very satisfied with the entire experience. 10/10 would use them again.

  The spring broke over the weekend- Mr.Spring Garage Doors was the only one NOT CHARGING TO DIAGNOSE THE PROBLEM!! To me that says volumes, that they want my business and they got it. They got me in the same day today, Monday when I called. They fixed the problem, the spring broke, upgraded the spring f of r a mere $20 not $100- as well as they saw a future problem and I decided to replace that as well to avoid it in the future!!! I couldn't be more pleased with the service, the outcome and the cost of the repairs! I would highly recommend them to my family and friends for any garage door needs!
