Tony talked us through everything and realized it wasn’t an emergency. Saving me money. He also got us scheduled for repair first thing the next day. Nate showed up and explained everything as he was working on repair (as well as training a new employee). I am putting this company in my contacts for future needs and to refer them to others.

You can tell Kade really cares about his work, he was respectful of my home, double-checked that everything was running perfectly before leaving, and even gave me tips to prevent future issues. The difference in warmth was immediate. If you need heating system repair, Kade Sundeen is absolutely the person to call. Reliable, professional, and genuinely skilled. Highly recommended. Give him some guava juice too😂😂
- SPShel PDec 7, 20255.0We've used Perfection Heating for a while now. They are a good company and do what they say they will. We had scheduled for Dec 11th, but our furnace went out on the first. They were able to come the next day. The price range I selected is for their maintenance plan. They might be slightly higher for maintenance plans, but their techs know what they're doing, which I think is worth a lot. Another perk is someone always answers the phone. It's rare if they don't.
