  Absolutely unacceptable experience. While the sales representative was professional and pleasant to work with, the experience deteriorated significantly after the contract was signed. Our project contract was executed in April 2025, and as of January 18, 2026, the project remains unresolved. Communication throughout this process has been extremely poor, and the assigned project manager has been ineffective and unresponsive. At one point, we included the head manager in a text message to address ongoing concerns, only for them to remove themselves from the message thread entirely. No follow-up, no acknowledgment, and no communication since. The lack of accountability and internal coordination is concerning and suggests a need for significant restructuring within the project management and customer service teams. Due to the prolonged delays and failure to communicate, we have retained legal counsel to review the contract and advise us on appropriate next steps. This has been a deeply frustrating and disappointing experience. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this company or its products. Customer service has been unacceptable.

  Thomas Signorelli came to my house to give me a quote on a sunroom. He was fantastic. He answered all my questions and was very thorough and very sweet. No high pressure sales tactics. It was like having a close friend come sit at my table for a visit. But at the same time I was very impressed with his knowledge and his conduct professionalism.

  Don was great, on time, polite. I was most impressed with the quality of your product. The price for project I’m currently looking at was just to much. Don gave us the idea of closing in our front deck, which would be more affordable for a future project. Thank you for your time.

  We had Thomas out to our house to give us an estimate for a new sunroom and he was absolutely delightful to work with. Even though we didn’t move forward with the decision to get a new sunroom, I would highly recommend you ask to have Thomas as your sales representative if you have Patio Enclosures out. He is very detailed and understanding of our wants and needs.
