- JPJason PDec 30, 20255.0Reasonably priced, efficient, friendly, and quick to respond. I had installed a new opener a few weeks prior and torsion spring snapped. I was going to do the work myself but the estimate was reasonable and I value keeping both of my arms. Mr. Spring charged far less than another local place (who quoted almost double to replace only one of the two springs and when I informed them that I got another estimate for half that the guy, without making a call, replied "I just spoke with my supervisor and they said that we could do it for that but you'd need to give me cash personally under the table"😅). After having both springs replaced and the technician tuning it up, the garage door is now whisper quiet. Couldn't be happier. I also need a new gasket for the bottom and he was honest with me, stating that I could do it myself much cheaper if I am handy, which I always appreciate in a service provider. I was recommended them from a co-worker whose husband owns First Street Construction and Remodeling in Waconia, who uses Mr. Spring, and would not hesitate recommending them myself.

Appointment day we received a confirmation text with a picture of the tech being sent to our house, and he called before he arrived. He was very personable and professional. He was thorough with his inspection of our door, talked through what he was seeing (which matched what we knew) and gave us three options with different prices for the work we need done. I appreciated that he didn't try to sell us more than we needed. They seem reasonably priced and give free quotes.

First we had him over to give us a quote for installing a new garage door and he was incredibly knowledgeable and informative. The second time he came to help fix our old garage door (not installed by Mr. Spring) that was stuck and he was SO helpful and quick! We have been so pleased with all our interactions with this company! If you’re thinking about picking a place, go with these guys.
