And, in my case, Tim and Dena went the extra mile for me and I'm only a first time customer. They are now my go-to source for flooring

  Highly recommend the expertise of this company. I had a great experience. They were extremely knowledgeable of what products to recommend for our use case. They were communicative on timeline, prompt, and professional at all turns. The installers were friendly, respectful, knowledgeable and efficient. This absolutely was one of our best experiences with home improvement projects.

  We are so pleased to have given Town & Country our business to carpet our 2nd floor. The entire process was seamless. From the beginning of selection of carpet to fit our needs (Mohawk Smartstrand Silk Reserve is the ultimate!), working with Jeff and the really great women at the front desk (sorry, don't remember your names) to installation; Great customer service, response time and follow-up. We will be back to work with them on our 1st floor! Thanks T & C!

  Town and Country went above and beyond our expectations. From measuring to ordering to install time....it was all so easy and seamless. I never felt any pressure or "up sales" - they only wanted to work within our budget. We are very happy!
