  Our recent experience with Spotless and Seamless Exteriors was mixed. We are happy with the quality of our new exterior and storm doors, and the final product met our expectations. Unfortunately, the process to get there was frustrating. Communication throughout the project was inconsistent and often unclear. Our point of contact, Art, was uncertain about scheduling details, and unable to provide clear answers about timing or payment. We did not receive formal invoices or documentation, and much of the process felt informal and disorganized. There were multiple instances where we had to follow up for updates, clarify incomplete work, or advocate for corrections — including a storm door handle that was installed upside down and initially addressed without much urgency. Scheduling changes were communicated last minute, and overall coordination felt reactive rather than proactive. To their credit, the issues were eventually resolved and the doors themselves look and function great. However, for a significant home investment, we expected stronger communication, clearer documentation, and a more professional experience. While we are pleased with the final product, we would not choose to work with this company again. - Hannah and Ben Miller

  As a general contractor I have hired Spotless & Seamles Exteriors to work on one of my steel siding project. They have installed their beautiful, seamless, spotless, steel siding on one of my customers job, who requested only seamless siding for his home. The customer is extremely happy with the outcome, the product, and the installation crew is top notch. I would like to say special thanks to Alex Petrashov, he is a good guy to work with. I highly recommend working with them for your seamless siding project.

  Spotless & Seamless Exterios showed outstanding craftsmanship and care in the installation of our siding and trim. Alex who sold us the job staying involved and helpful in many ways. Great company. And we love out stainless steel seamless siding. Everyone assumes its Hardi or wood.

  The S&S crew took care of our old, aging roof by chucking it into a dumpster! They then put on a brand new stone-coated steel roof that is BEAUTIFUL! They seriously did an amazing job and the house looks so much nicer. Next time you need roof work done, contact Spotless & Seamless Exteriors!!

  Despite the fact that I didn't want to be going through the process of replacing my decades-old roof at all, the entire process with Spotless & Seamless Exteriors was excellent from start to finish, making a stressful experience quite a bit less painful. (In the process of getting estimates, I had 7 companies either no-show or never ever bother to call back or respond to their own online forms!) On the other hand, Max was phenomenal and a significant part of the reason I ultimately went with this company over another with a similar quote; he was prompt, knowledgeable, always patient with and thorough in answering my many questions. I felt that I had all relevant options without ever feeling pressured. Once I decided on everything, I was on the schedule in just over a week. The crews who performed the work (replacing the roof, installing gutter guards, and replacing trim) did excellent work, and I was provided photos of damaged areas that were uncovered and had to be repaired. The roofing crew in particular was something to behold: they were not only right on time, but they worked nonstop and finished the entire main house plus clean up in a single day. The roof looks incredible, the gutter guards have valiantly fought off the autumn onslaught from all of my mature trees, and the garage trim will now keep the squirrels from snacking on my house - oh and the financing options were great, too. Overall, it went great, and having Max as a point of contact not only at the initial point of sale, but also throughout the entire process, took a lot of stress out of the experience. I'd recommend the MN team without hesitation.
