  Called them for service on my softener. Arrived 5 minutes ahead of when they stated, and fixed it in 10 minutes. Good to go. Call McGowan's first.

  5 stars is not enough!! I live in the country and thus have hard water with some iron. With my old softener, I would put salt in and my water picked up a sulfur/rotten egg smell and I noticed more iron within the last couple of months. It was disgusting! I had Kayla and a dude who retired come out a year ago to test my water and let me know what they thought. I was sticker shocked but finally decided to pull the trigger when the iron started coming in. Kayla came back out to test again and said there was a touch more PPM of iron than the first test. I know they have an iron filter and asked if I needed one. Kayla said "the sofner will handle some iron" and didn't believe I needed one so I said yes, please and ASAP lol. An awesome dude came out in 3 business days (super fast!!) and did an awesome job getting the unit installed. He advised me the hot water would be the last to be softened and the fact I have an 80 gallon water heater would take a bit. He said to run the tub on hot for a while to get it softened ASAP so I did for about 45 minutes. The first shower was AMAZING!! The second was even better!! I even dumped all the ice out of my ice maker thinking "oh I want everything water related FRESH!!" I STRONGLY recommend having McGowan help with your water! Their professionalism and top tier products along with the fact they won't try to sell you something you don't need are absolutely awesome. Thank you McGowan, Kayla and installer dude (I'm sorry I forget your name), I love my water now!!

  Called McGowans this morning and let them know my Iron Curtain was just running all the time. Mike was super helpful and had Tyler the service man out this afternoon. 35 to 45 min later problem solved. Great service. That young man deserves a raise.

  Thank you for the great work! We moved into a new place and the water started getting really smelly and grey. McGowan Water was able to send someone over to look at it right away and within a week they had the problem fixed with new equipment. The best part was that their technicians even laid down covering over the floors so that they didn't track any dirt and grime onto our carpets. This was very thoughtful!
