Aquarius got to us the next day and removed the filter (we decided not to replace it at this time). Friendly, thorough, and quick to respond. We really liked that Nick took the time to go over some water filtration options that we could think about.

They came out and assessed the issue, determined it to be due to previous sediment buildup in my water heater, and they replaced that too. All in all I think I dealt with 5 or 6 different technicias, and each one of them was very kind and personable. Cost wise, I'm not sure how it compares, but regardless the customer service makes it worth it.
