  Concerning the electrical upgrade of our older home, the AHS electricians Dave and Luke were knowledgeable, courteous, down to earth and focusing on my goals, from the time of job assessment and quote to the installation of the final part. There was no cutting corners with cheap parts or hurried labor, and they always took the time to answer my many questions. They took care of me like I was family. Thanks Aquarius for a job well done.

  Aquarius service is by far the best! Always quick to fix any issues! Serice Tech- Art, was very polite, friendly and very much went above and beyond his job performance today. We had a water softner hiccup!!! Needed to send plumber for water heater, minor issue but Art was on it right away, they will be out shortly for that too! I love the fast service from Aquarius! Thank you for your skilled work and friendly service and smile Art!

  Dave from Aquarius came out this morning to service my Kinetico water system and did an excellent job! Dave was servicing my reverse osmosis system and water softener system along with checking that the system was removing the chlorine from city water . He tested the water to make sure it was within the parameters for operation and also changed the main inlet water filter to the system along with the reverse osmosis system filters. Dave explained everything in detail and I couldn’t ask for a better service technician as he was polite, answering all questions in detail. Great job and well done! Thank you!

  Two days after having Aquarius come out and solve a leaky drain issue, my water heater decided to die! Their tech, Max was great. He solved the leaky pipe issue and and gave me options to consider for the future but was not pushy. When I discovered the water heater issue I called Aquarius again since they were so awesome earlier in the week. Micah came out in less than 24 hours. He was on time and friendly. I have had this water heater since 2002! Once again Aquarius was easy to schedule with and had someone out the next day! 3 hours after arriving, I had a nice shiny new water heater! The techs were friendly and professional. They answered all my questions and did a great job! I highly recommend Aquarius Home Services!

  Long story short, Marcus, Tyler, Chris and Luke were all awesome! Very positive experience with Aquarius all the way through! Furnace died middle of the night on Friday, coldest temps in 5+ years. Called emergency number and Marcus was out Saturday afternoon. Unfortunately, it had to be red-tagged and shut down. Tyler was out shortly after to go through the different options available (we chose replacement) and found many ways to save us money. Priority was put on our install as we had no heat, and Chris, Luke and team were out right away Monday morning. They wrapped up Monday afternoon and we have heat! Everyone we dealt with was courteous and professional and were able to answer any questions asked. Would recommend Aquarius without hesitation!
