  It’s nice to get the problem fixed when you call for many types of service. Most of the staff that comes to the house is very friendly and make you feel comfortable with them in your home. The only thing that is a hard pill to swallow is that almost every time the company comes to my house. It’s $1000 or more. I understand a price comes with good customer service and equipment and staff. But sometimes I feel like I’m probably getting overcharged pretty heavily. I have no complaints about the work that’s been performed so far and also their customer service has always been great and they are usually timely with being able to provide support when I need it.

  We had Aquarius come out to replace our hard-wired smoke detectors and the process went incredibly smoothly. There was great communication throughout, including a tracking link for an exact time of the technician’s arrival. David was very kind, efficient and knowledgeable. We will definitely be calling Aquarius again!

  Wyatt, the water system technician was the perfect model of who you would like to have service and repair an appliance in your home . He went above and beyond to troubleshoot an issue and communicated so well about the parts of my water system and what he did to repair it. Has so much knowledge of the system and its workings ! He really cares to do a great job! Very pleasant and helpful!

  We had our water tannin system repaired by Kong. Kong was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He took the time to explain how our dual tank tannin system cycle worked and what water elements it removed. He also showed us what to watch for in the water if the system ever stopped working again. Kong quickly found the clogged venturi tube and cleaned the system, which is now working perfectly. Kong also tested our water softener to ensure it was working correctly. Outstanding customer service

  Colton was very punctual and courteous. We had other sales personnel meeting with us at the same time and he went right to work in our utility room and installed the water softener. He came out only when he needed to see me about where I wanted it set up, and we were able to get it done and finish with the other couple. He explained the system to us along with the drinking system that he also installed after he finished the water softener. He was able to answer all out questions and made sure that everything was picked up before he left.
