  Shawn RECIEVES A 5! He was great! This review is for Kenntico company! We totally feel like we were ripped off! We have been customers For 20 years. We had a minor sulfa guard repair! They changed a few gears and valves. THEY CHARGED US 2,300 dollars! Absolutely ridiculous! We wanted to know the cost of a new system and they could not tell me only a rough estimate between 5,000 and 7,000. WE had to have Another specialist to come out to give us an estimate. The Technician was here but with Kennetico policy he could not tell us exactly what we would pay if we wanted a new one installed! We felt trapped and totally ripped off! This was very sad way This all Went down! We are So disappointed in kennetico!

  I used the Aquarius branch out of Baxter. Dylan came out a couple of times as our furnace was having intermittent hiccups, and not turning on periodically. Dylan did and excellent job of trouble shooting, and he, along with Aquarius were very, very fair on their billing considering they had to come out multiple times and perform multiple checks. Finally, they found the problem and it's been working great ever since. I'd have them out again without hesitation as they're professional, courteous, and efficient. I also like not having felt like I'd been taken advantage of, as they were honest and upfront with their billing and made the warranty work on my furnace a breeze, as they handled all of the paperwork. Dylan was great and their communication was excellent!

  I recently moved into a new home and water quality is extremely important to me. I had the pleasure of having Wyatt Van Hatten, a service professional with Aquarius home services visit my home. I am extremely impressed with his professionalism, attention to detail, knowledge of my Kinetico water system and his willingness to go above and beyond my expectations! He completed a thorough inspection of my water softener, RO system and even took the time to inspect the ice maker in my refrigerator. Wyatt also tested the quality of the water and I learned so much about the process of water filtration, it was awesome! I really appreciate the peace of mind that Wyatt provided me and the education he shared. Aquarius is extremely lucky to have such a genuinely high caliber individual representing their company and I could tell he loved would he does. I will recommend Aquarius to anyone and the primary reason is due to my wonderful experience with Wyatt! Thank you so much!!

  I’ve been a customer of Aquarius Home Services since 2021, and my experience with their water treatment services has been consistently excellent. They’ve handled everything from routine maintenance on my Kinetico water softener to replacing filters in my Kinetico drinking water system, and every visit has been marked by professionalism, friendliness, and clear expertise. One moment that really stood out was when a technician noticed that my water heater ventilation (something completely unrelated to the service call) was not up to code. He took the time to explain the issue and make a recommendation, which I felt was truly above and beyond what I had asked him to do. Most recently, their technician Hana came out and discovered that a piece of debris was lodged inside my water softener, causing it to run less efficiently. Her attention to detail and willingness to dig deeper did not go unnoticed, and it made a real difference in how the system performs. While I can’t personally speak to their HVAC, electrical, or plumbing services, if the level of customer service and technical knowledge they bring to water treatment is any indication, I would recommend Aquarius Home Services without hesitation every time.

  Just had a really negative experience. Aquarius Little Canada is listed in Rannai's website as a Pro provider. If you go to Rannai's website they literally have the most icons listed next to their name compared to anyone else in the twin cities. I have an existing Rannai tankless hot water heater and I am finishing my basement with in-floor heat, so I wanted to upgrade to a Rannai combination boiler that does both. I also have a 20 year old furnace that is still working fine with a heat exchanger that was recently inspected and looks fine, but I also wanted a quote for a new furnace as well because it might make sense to do both at the same time. I called Aquarius yesterday and explained this. The lady was very nice and said that would not be a problem. She even said she could have a comfort specialist come out to the house the next day. At this point, I was very happy! Then today, Dan arrived and didn't have any of the correct information. He said he was told I had a 20 year old boiler that needed replacement. I said he had the wrong information and explained that I have a new Rannai tankless that I would like to replace with a Rannai combination boiler. He said, we don't do that. I explained they are listed on Rannai's website and the lady yesterday said they did. He said he didn't care what she says or what the Rannai website says, they don't do it. I showed it to him. He called someone to ask if they would install it, they said no. He also basically accused me of not telling the truth about what was said in the phone call yesterday and said we could listen to the call. That was weird and rude because I know what was said. I was obviously frustrated because the Rannai is the whole point of this visit, but I explained that I am also thinking about upgrading my furnace and asked him to quote the furnace while he was here. I explained it was not a sure thing that I would replace it. He didn't like that. He stormed downstairs, took quick pictures, then stormed upstairs and said that he wasn't even going to quote the furnace because he could tell I wasn't happy and thought I probably wouldn't buy it anyway. Very frustrating experience.
