    We had a fantastic experience with Noah from Aquarius Home Services. He repaired our reverse osmosis system and truly went above and beyond. Noah was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly so we understood exactly what was going on and what happened with our system. What really stood out was his willingness to go the extra mile—he made sure everything was running perfectly before he left and even provided helpful handouts for future reference. It’s rare to find someone who combines technical expertise with such great communication and customer care. Highly recommend Noah and Aquarius if you’re looking for thorough, professional, and genuinely helpful service!

    I have had nothing but good things to say about this business until today when I went into the Baxter location to pick up some products and try to find out why you can’t call and talk to a real person. The AI generated prompts haven’t been working for my husband for over a month. The receptionist was downright rude to me and basically pushed me out of the store. She wouldn’t listen to my questions and wasn’t willing to try to help figure out why the phone system wasn’t working. I left the store and tried calling and talking to customer service, and once again the phone system hung up on me. I tried again an hour later and once again was hung up on. Do better with your AI phone prompts or you won’t have any customers. We will be buying/finding our product elsewhere.

    I needed some HVAC work completed and based upon the many great reviews, I thought I would give them a try. When I called the phone was answered by an AI assistant of some type. This was fine until it came time for me to try and schedule a technician. Unfortunately, due to the difficulty of scheduling with your AI assistant, I was unable to complete this task. I spent less than 5 minutes on the phone your AI assistant before I was so frustrated with it, that I simply decided to hang up and call another HVAC company. It was great that an actual person called me back an hour later to see if I still needed help, I actually appreciated that very much but unfortunately by then I had already scheduled someone else to complete my repair. I would highly recommend that you either switch to a much better AI interface system or simply switch back to having an actual person answer your phone, at least for repairs. It’s costing you business. Best of luck.

    My 26 year old water heater had a gas leak last friday so I called the gas company who then came out, caution flagged the water heater and turned off our gas. I needed to find a plumber so I called Aquarius, who I have a service contract with for my water softener, and they came out within an hour and a half to check my gas leak and water heater issues. (Also no charge for a dispatch fee because I have a service plan with them. The other plumber I called was charging $135 an hour plus any materials they would have used.) Micah fixed the gas leak and got the gas turned back on, however I did need a new water heater. He set up an install as soon as Monday morning. Cam and his co-worker came today and did a great job installing my water heater. I highly recommend Aquarius home services. Every technician and office personnel I've encountered in the last 5 1/2 years since I had my water system installed has been very professional, helpful and kind.

    Update: I finally had my service today and was provided excellent service by the Technician, I think his name was Ben. so I am raising my review to 4 stars. I am still annoyed at multiple scheduling issues over the years, but the quality service does help alleviate that. Old review: They put up a good front, but their business model behind closed doors is based on 'we do whatever we want because we have a monopoly. Which has a certain amount of validity because they sell top Quality Kinetico equipment. But their equipment requires service, just like anything and their approach to this is very crafty. They make it literally impossible for you to obtain the service/parts from someone other then them and insist they 'take care' of you by signing you up for a monthly service subscription for annual or semi annual service. Problem is, once you are committed, you don't matter to them. They spend their time and resources driving sales to those that have not paid yet and they will get to you when its convenient for them. You need to schedule 3 months out, and If they cancel service at the last minute because they are short on resources, you go back to the end of the line and wait 3 months again. They already got your money. Now they have a new 'auto' scheduler.! My service is due, and its obvious the equipment needs the service that I have been paying 12 months for, but the Auto scheduler insists I have to wait until July. So they will receive 15 months' payments for 12 months of service. You see how this is clever? In 4 years of payments, they get to skip and provide only 3 service visits. When you call to discuss, they answer 'how can I make you smile today, and then basically ( very politely) explain how you can take or or leave it.
