They were so helpful during each phase of the project while diagnosing the problem, scheduling the fix, and during the day of the job. Our 40+ year-old condo building had started taking on water through an old drain tile system, and Ron was the only vendor who came out in person to assess the issue. Even before being selected for the project, he took great care to walk the garage, explain the problem clearly, and outline a thoughtful solution. While on-site, he even went above and beyond by helping with a completely unrelated leak and shutting off the water for us. Communication throughout the project was excellent, the work was done quickly and professionally, and best of all, we haven’t had a single issue since. What used to be a constant headache every time it rained has now been completely resolved. The garage has stayed incredibly dry ever since! Highly recommend Ron and his team for their expertise, honesty, and exceptional service.
