  We had them replace a couple of windows on the front of the house. They were in and done real quick. Aside from the different “tinting” of the glass you couldn’t tell that anything had been done. Will definitely call them again when we have more to get done. Their pricing was far better than other quote we had received.

  Mike and Matt did an excellent job explaining the features of the different door models. They helped me pick out colors taking the surrounding area into consideration. They stopped and asked for questions often. Their manner was polite and respectable.

  Jason did such a wonderful job getting us the best price for our doors! We are so excited to see our new doors soon! We live in an old home in inver grove heights, and we have been slowly updating everything. Jason was so friendly, professional and understanding with our budget. I recommend this company to anyone looking for new doors!

  We just had two exterior doors installed by this team. We got knocked this summer by one of their teams and they were the third company we had bid on our door project. Their sales team was incredibly accommodating, detailed where needed, patient with me and my wife and eventually earned our business. They were not the cheapest but they were BY FAR the most polished of the three options we reviewed. Meeting the measure guy for final measurements was great. Ryan did a great job answering and confirming a few lingering questions. The scheduling team for permit confirmation and final inspection was near flawless. This team is dialed in and it’s impressive to get to work with you from a customer perspective. But the cherry on top of this experience was the final installation by Ty. He was considerate and had to be conscious of my 13 month old daughter who was always intrigued with his work and somehow managed to be ready for a nap right when Ty needed to turn on a vacuum or bang out some trim. You did it all with grace and consideration. Thanks for being an EASY company to want to refer and for doing an awesome job with our project.

  Met with Mike and Max today from CRI to discuss getting new soffit and facia put on my house but we also discussed replacing my shingles and gutters. They were really pleasant, professional and thorough in talking through all options and the pros and cons of the materials that would be used and how they compare to what similar companies use and showed me samples to compare. I was impressed with the quality of the CRI materials and asked many clarifying questions that they easily answered so I could tell that the guys had a thorough knowledge of what they were trying to sell me. Seems like a really great company! I only got estimates so far but they did a good job explaining anything I had questions about.
