  We used Stone Tree for our flooring and countertops and could not be happier with how everything turned out. Great selection, great prices, and the quality is top notch. They helped us pick everything out and made the whole process easy. Highly recommend them for anyone doing interior work whether it is residential or commercial.

  TLDR: Quartz Countertops installed in 2021 with issues during installation and continued issues over time since. Overall poor communication and no follow-through all the way from the sales department to the team that installed the countertops. Issues and concerns brought up since install led to them no-showing appointment that was supposed to address concerns and zero follow-up on the 5 times we have contacted them. We would not recommend this company. Install took place in 2021 with Vena Carbona countertops. Install consisted of 3 countertop sections, one that is 10.5 feet (very large) with undermount sink. This large countertop abutted two load baring stud columns and ¾ inch margin was requested around these posts. Because of the size of the island, we were charged an additional fee because it would take more individuals to install. Day of installation came and only two individuals showed up for the installation. Husband had to assist them in carrying the slab up the stairs into the home due to its size. Husband also had to assist them in lifting it and tilting it onto the cabinets. During install it became apparent that they had not left the ¾ margin around the posts and it was wedged in between the posts. Because of the lack of margins, it could not run parallel to the cabinets even though they had laser measured for this countertop. This resulted in the need to cut back blocking around load bearing posts in order to orient and it still couldn’t be aligned perfectly. Countertops were then seamed together, and the install crew stated the slab would break before the joint ever broke. Undermount sink was also installed at this time. Install team left and gave my wife and I an opportunity to review workmanship. Undermount sink was poorly caulked to the counter, and we could easily see areas completely missing caulking which would lead to leaks. The counter was also not caulked where it met the cabinet and in some area’s was almost a ¼ inch off the cabinets even though a laser showed the cabinets perfectly level. They did shim these areas. Husband immediately called the install foreman who stated we could be placed back on their schedule and would be back the following week to address concerns. We elected to redo the sink install ourselves and sent pictures of cabinet gaps for review. Fast forward 4 years and the seam that was left with the gap underneath It, that was shimmed, has now cracked and has drastic movement in it. We have called over 5 times requesting them to review. They stated every time that someone from the install team would reach out and never did. Finally, we called frustrated and they apologized and said they would be out the next day between 4 and 5. This individual never showed up to review or address our concerns. Throughout the journey we tried to give them every opportunity to step up and resolve the problems but alas we are left with leaving this review and finding another company to address.
