I have only once been welcomed with a smile and that was by an employee who I had a great relationship with from Menards that got a job there. Generally, I feel like me just being in the building is an inconvenience. I have spent the last two weeks trying to get ahold of the sales department to discuss a project, calling daily with no answer or returned voicemail. Finally got thru to an operator and they were rude and I got disconnected while on hold for the relevant department. Regardless of price difference my preference is to shop local, however I feel that this company is on a different planet when it comes to taking care of their guests.

A week later, I called back and talked to Nichole who looked up my order and confirmed they ordered wrong door. She said she would forward to purchasing. Nobody ever called me.
